Ingredients
Corn –1 cup - Boiled and crushed
Potatoes – 2 – Boiled and mashed
Coriander Leaves
Ginger
Green Chillies
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – As per taste
Maida – 1 cup (mixed with water)
Roasted vermicelli
Method
Add corn, coriander, ginger, chillies, garam masala and salt to potatoes.
Make kababs. Dip in maida batter, then in roasted vermicelli & deep fry.
