Ingredients:

Fish -2kgs
Onions-5
Cillies-10
salt-5tsp
Chilli powder-5 tsp
Trmeric powder-3 tsp
Tamarind-100 gms(soak in 1 small glass of water for half an hour and extract thick concentrate of tamarind water)
Gnger garlic paste-4 tsp
Garam masala powder-3 tsp
Coriander leaves-2 fist full
Oil-3 tbsps
Lemon juice 5 drops

Procedure:

1. First wash fish properly . next cut into pieces of required size and clean again with little rock salt and turmeric powder to avoid raw smell of fish.
2. Marinade fish with salt,chilli powder,turmeric and 5 drops of lemon.
3.Heat a dish big enough to hold all fish pieces without breaking while cooking. heat oil and fry chopped onions and chillies until golden brown colour.
4.Now add 4 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell of fish vanishes.
5.Now add marinated fish pieces to the pan and cook with very little water.
6.After 10 min add tamarind water and cook for 20 min.
7.Now add garam masala powder and coriander powder and cook until fish is completely cooked.
8.Now transfer the fish pulusu into a serving dish or plate.
9.Garnish with coriander leaves.
