Aloo Bajji

Ingredients:

1 Potato peeled
1 cup Gram flour
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Baking Powder - pinch
Oil to fry

Serves: 4

Preparation Method:

1) Take the peeled potato and slice them into thin round slices.
2) Take a bowl and add gram flour, red chilli powder, salt and baking powder.
3) Mix it well and make a thick paste of it by adding sufficient water.
4) Heat oil in a pan.
5) Take a single slice of the potato, dip it in the flour paste and place it in the heated oil.
6) Fry the potato until they turn light brown in color.
7) Serve Hot.

Note: Place the sliced potatoes in the bowl of water with pinch of salt, this prevents from turning the potatoes into brown or black color.
