Vegetable Idlies [/color] [/b] [/u] [/size]
 
Good and healthy Breakfast 

Ingredients

Moongdal 1cup
Chanadal 1cup
Toordal 1 cup
Grated Carrot
Onions neatly sliced, 1 number
Peas
Beans
Green chilli (paste)
Corriander
Mint leaves
Grated Fresh coconut
 

Process

Soak the mixture of all these dals overnight. Grind them and add all the ingredients to the dal paste and do the seasoning for this dough with mustard seeds and jeera. Now u can make good healthy idlies out of this dough. This dough remains 2 days fresh if refrigerated .

Serve with coconut chutney
