Ingredients: 
 
• 6 Boiled Potatoes
• 3 tbsp Poppy seeds
• 2 Green chilies
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
 

Cooking Instructions:
• Wash potatoes and cut into pieces. 
• Put poppy seeds in water for few minutes and grind it to make a paste. 
• Heat the oil and put Green chilies, turmeric powder and salt. 
• Add potatoes and fry it for 5 minutes. 
• Add poppy seeds and ½ cup water. 
• Cook it for 15 minutes. 
• Aloo Posto is ready.

Its so testy and most popular in bengali food culture
