Paneer onion toast

Ingredients:
Bread slice 4-5
Butter 4tsp
Grated paneer 2tbs
Finely chopped onion and tomato 1 each
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Green chili 1
Oil 2tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander
Process:
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté.
Add chopped green chili and garam masala.
Add tomato and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add salt and paneer. Sauté for one more minute.
Apply ghee on bread slices and fry it on the tawa (Toast).
Spread the mixture on top of the bread slice.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
Utensils, accessories required: Frying pans.
Approx. time taken: 15 minutes.

This can also be made by placing the mixture on lightly toasted bread and then grilling it under a grill. This way you do not have to use ghee on the bread and you can cut down on the calories.
Or you can put the bread in the oven at 180 with the topping on it - and in 5 mys. you will have a crisp bread with some great topping
