Ingredients:
Orange pulp 1 cup
Tomato 2 large
Onion 1
Coriander and cumin seeds 1tsp each
Garlic cloves 3-4
Salt to taste
Fresh cream 1tbs
Pepper powder 3-4 tsp
Bread sticks
Butter 2tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Process:
Cook tomato by adding coriander and cumin seeds
Grind it into a smooth paste and strain the juice.
Fry chopped onion and garlic in butter and grind.
Add this paste to a pan along with tomato juice.
Add adequate water, sugar, salt and fresh cream.
Boil it for 5-10 minutes and turn off the gas.
Add orange pulp and mix
Sprinkle pepper powder and serve hot along with bread sticks.
Utensils, accessories required: Mixer, strainer and a saucepan.
Approx. time taken: 15 minutes.

Hi,
When you speak of oranges do you mean Santras or Mausambi? Can we do this with Kinnos also? They are now in the market and they are good for juices - so the pulp can be used for this?
Orange pulp should not have any seeds in it otherwise the soup will become bitter. Also do not heat the soup after adding the pulp.
