Ingredients:
Rava 150gms
Ghee 100gms
Sugar 200gms
Khoa/ khoya 50gms
Milk 250ml
Food color
Cardamom 1tsp
Process:
Fry rava in low flame till you get the aroma(appox.20min).
Add khoa, ghee, sugar and milk to a thick bottomes pan.
Add food color of your choice and cardamom powder.
Add rava and stir continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Transfer this to a ghee coated tray and cut into pieces.
Utensils, accessories required: Mixer and strainer.
Approx. time taken: 30 minutes.
